| Heath ice cream 4 Banana 1 Salami (4) & cheese (2) on rye bread (3) = 9 Chips 1 ( I really just had a couple! ha) Fruit mix - grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon 2
+ 3 waters so 5 points left! My mom just made a pizza that looks soo delicious! Maybe I'll have a piece w/ a salad & then drink water for the rest of the night :) I'm going to start using this again! I'm at about 175.. :/ but I want to be under 165 by Halloween! :)

| last Friday was 166.4 this morning was 166.9 which I know is affected because of the chips I ate yesterday& the fact that I am still on my period. but I still felt guilty so I went on a 30 minute jog today! it was nice :) and I'm very glad I did. I think I'm going to start jogging every other day because that's when I get out early from school. it sounds stupid but that way I know no one will see me& recognize me :/ when I get more comfortable w/ it I probably won't mind. :)

I am so determined to do this! in a couple days shy of 1 month on my 18th birthday I am getting a tattoo& I so want to be under 155 for it. man oh man this has to happennn<3

| I think I have been doing well the past couple days! I am still planning on weighing in Thursday morning. Another motivation for me is the fact that I plan on getting a tattoo under my breast for my birthday which is in a month& some change. Have to make it under 155 by then! <333
